Now that you managed to catch the black pair, here's what you can do: 1) Remove the Black pair from your current tank into a separate tank without view of the current tank 2) Re-arrange all rock works 3) Introduce Orange pair, wait for 1-2 days 4) Introduce Black pair Should work, if it doesn't. Repeat the above steps but let the Orange pair into the tank for 3-4 days before introducing Black Pair. Another thing I can't help but to notice is your Black Pair is equally in size thus I doubt they are bonded. What is the size of your Orange pair?

Hi bro, Po4 removers works best if subjected to high flow through instead of dissolution thus FR is most ideal. If FR is not an option, try to located the Po4 remover in an area with pressurized high flow. HTH
