Wow... fast hand fast leg..

I using mp10 for 2x2x2.5, even full blast I barely can see wave effect.. unless I switch lower down my return pump power (DC pump). I opt for 2 tunze. Reason cost effectiveness. Tunze can tilt.. but need to bare with the downside of the wire inside your tank and heat generated inside your tank. Mp10 won't add heat to your tank and neater.

I test po4 for the di water. Reading 0. Hope everything turn out better.. will add on the flow.. seems a few telling me that its due to lack of flow

I dont test no3.. think I need that now. My po4 reading between 0 and 0.025 using sera tester. What is uvc? I just install a bio pellet reactor. Mini 70 from gemsurf.

Using 2 stages water filter. Salt is red sea-Pro.

My tank is about 10 mths old. But I been battling the above mentioned matter for many many mth.. Here the process of the slime algae foaming.. 1. Rock's surface cover with air bubbles 2. A thin layer of green slime algae will grew on top those air bubbles 3. The layer getting thicker about 2 mm. Those air bubbles which wrapped by the algae will tangling slightly off the rock. I had tried.. 1. Change my returb pump from 3000L per hour to a DC 5000L per hour with a rotation outlet to increase flow rate 2. 1 x mp10 wave maker 3. Added cheato to sump tank 4. Run rowa phosphate fr 5. Added water cleanser ball 6. Reduce lighting. AI Vega LED 45% white I still have the same issue.. Currently I using siphon method to remove them. My tank is 2 x 2 x 2.5 Pls advice..

How much that will be?

Thanks. My skimmate some time like that I thought too dry so I raised the water level.. then light brown. But will fill up the cup fast..

Thanks for sharing, Gouldian. Sorry rhat I hijacked your post killerwhale. Coz my skim mate sometimes dark brown something light brown.. sometime a bit greenish (may be due to I scrap the rock).. so I wonder if my skimmer working well or not. Mine are not those fancy brand. Its AE from china.

How do er know if the skimmer effective or not? Pls share..
