No expert. Still learning a lot. N lucky this queen acclimatised well. Basically weekly water change and feed New Life Spectrum pallets, Henry's frozen food, frozen brine shrimps and nori. After I fed Nls pallets recommended by Bro vtec and wow. Not only my queen, my other fishes also color intense well.

Thanks bro. It was like this when i first got it 1 month plus back. Now after 1 month plus. Not as nice and blue as those from Bezele thou as this is from Brazil.

According to Seachem webpage and instructions, Active carbon can remove their Cupremine ionic copper. Thou it takes a longer time but i find mine copper reducing a lot after adding active carbon and of course frequent water change.

Due to some evil poisoning from a bro here, I fell in love with the Queen Angel. But dare not jump straight to the most expensive Bezile ones. So Finally I bought the cheaper ones from Brazil known to be more Yellow. The first Pic is my Queen when I first got it in my tank after acclimatisation. Still Kinda Yellow. 2nd Pic is taken after few weeks after the Queen has stabalized and started feeding. Also it has already claim territory from my Emperor Angel.. haha.. Getting more Blue. I hope the it holds it's Blue as most say Brazil Queens will not hold it's blue well in captivity.

I had the same problem with my Emperor Angel. I change nearly 50% of my water with filtered sea water after I dose cupermine due to ich. Then put active charcoal in the sump under the running water. Thereafter I change 20% water everyweek for few weeks. On the UV light 8hrs every day. I feed with the Dr Gs Anti bateria food. Now the emperor is healing well... Now using NLS pallets hopefully to improve the colour and health even more

Couldn't get a clear shot of my Blue Lip. SO i video it instead. Still small in fact. Only about 5-7 cm. Been with me for 2 months. Eating on any thing that I throw in. Pallets, Mysis, Nori etc...
