its a replica of an AquaC, so basically it is a spray injector skimmer... IMHO, AquaC is still the better of the two, due to the following facts... 1) the weipro doesn't have the spray nozzle technology 2) AquaC has a bigger reaction box 3) the weipro skimmer cannot control the air intake 4) the weipro skimmer is made of cheaper material, plastic 5) weipro's buffer plate design is not correct but then again, with this kinda price and the performance that it has shown in Chinmo's tank, its a good skimmer... those are just my opinion, not here to shoot anyone...

try to use a needle...just poke thru thr ric and into the LR... once they are joint to the LR, remove the needle...might take a few days...take note of the rusting needle..

i am no sps expert...but from wat i learnt, flatworm sometimes grow so fast that they cover corals and LRs as well... u might even be facing greater problem if u have monti-suckin nudi

good to see u back... basically 250W is good enough for 2.5ft depth... but as for 3ft length, u might need to add in some t5 supplements... at least, tat's wat i did... take a look at wat acura did for his 250W, maybe u can get a clearer pic of how to position the 250W to get a better coverage...do a search in DIY forum...

there won't be any problems with the bubbles, just that it doesn't look nice as pegasus noted..
