Hi bros... i think we should give him a chance and you guys should relax a little lah... if you all keep persist on this issue... it only portray an image of adult bullying a kid.... afterall his is just 16... we can't treat him as an adult.. although he has try to behave like an adult.. .but still he has not been through the struggle of the realistic world... we could not penalised him on this issue... if a 16 old ###### could listen to what the adult has ask them to do.... then we won't be facing so many social problems... with teens nowadays.. i believe those who are already a parent should know all this.. even a 3 years old kid would not even listen to you... what do we expect from a 16 old ######.. who has its own set of vision and thoughts.... I am sure a lot of my bros and sis here agree with me on the above statement... Having keeping this hobby for 13 years... managed to find myself with lots of good ppl around... sharing and enjoying the best of our hobby... With the advance of our technology... it suppose to help us further to enrich our knowledge and shorten our gaps between friends... but what have come so far.. is far far from ideals.... What we have been experiencing so far.. ppl nailing on other ppl.... or venting our angers or frustration to others who has different in views ... cant exercise leniency to those who are overly committed in their hobby.... ppl taking advantages on other ppl... etc Should we go to that extend of doing so.... are we gaining benefits from doing so... beside creating more gossip topics... and pleasure ourselves with a few laughters on others ppl expense... there is nothing much we could gain from it...(ok make a few bucks.. and worst won't make u rich but degrade yrself) Could we not look at things in a different perspective before we put others down... and if the table have turn... and u are the 1 who are being fault at for something which you find doing out of goodwill while others may not feel the same way as you and you got penalised for it.. how would you feel..... Although I am no saint.. neither am I a devil... but should I be misjudged by the someone who don't even know me and put me down...I feel bad as well... (for my character I believe strongly on honesty and interity and I will go to that extend of sueing whoever defamed me... which i could afford to and uphold my interity) After all we don't earn any single cents.. when we put others down.... We do not gain any fame or popularity when doing so... what worst is that we might run into defamation suit... cos whatever we have written... can be use against us unless you are train in law... and worst alot of us judge others without even knowing them in person.... or worst... ppl who knows this particular person.... goodness ( if one of friends kill someone... does that automatically makes u a accomplice???) Why cant we be more humble and more forgiving.... can't we settle our differences via pm... rather then having it posted and let emotion run wild and get everything heated up... .... why should we nail anyone that have different opinion from us.... I believed strongly all hobbyist who are here meant well... just that we ourselves let our pride an ego dominate us... all those who have different view from yours.. are just views... they are not enemy as though they have murder yr family.. or cheated your life... etc.... just views.. that all.... afterall it is just a HOBBY!!!!... Hopefully this oncoming new year will end all the bad chapters and bless everyone a properous chinese new year...... cheers..

well guys.. all along i never opposed to the bidding system.. neither am i losing my cool about the bidding system nor the sales conducted in the pasa malam.. ... my intention is to highlights to some ppl.... to be more responsible for both yrself and others.... don't treat other ppl kindness as their weakness.... nor laughing or condemn others ppl mistake where you commit the same mistake later on.... anyway.. i think my point have been put across... will closed this thread.... thanks for those who have posted....

well... to be honest i personally have nothing against the bidding system or.. those who want to make some quick bucks out of the sale items... for example reefer A... keeping sps.. for many yrs.. the sps grow too big so he frag and sell... for a profit.. (i don't think anyone will against him for selling for a profit.. even under bidding system he recovered his cost for his original price of sps) reefer B... bought sps from LFS.. frag it into small pieces post it and sell it and not only did he recovered the cost of the sps... he get to keep the mother colony (nothing wrong with that as well... i think reefer B is a smart guy... ) reefer C... slammed the reefer B for being unethical.. but discovered that what he is doing is a smart move...and follows reefer B steps later on... (this is something i can't stand... I mean where is yr stand) I think we should be responsible adult.. when conducting sales.... don't sell things which you yrself will feel silly buying it .... esp so when u sell to those newbie who don't know the actual price of the corals... and reaping profits from them... think what will happen if you are in their shoes.. or you yrself been reap off from other reefers.... and this doesnt stop at reefer who are new.. it also applies to those who are more senior.... and this is the worst case.. for senior reefers.. trying to pull off some sale.. which what you are selling is totally a joke of the year... it only dampen yr character esp so.. when the reefing circle is so small....

well.. i not opposing to the bidding system.. neither do i see a point of stopping it.... i also do not oppose to making profits during the sale... (willing buyer and seller) what i opposed is the character and integrity of the sale been put up by the individual.....

well.. nowadays.. there have been lots of bidding esp for zoos.. recent one was posted by another reefer.. who selling its frag from the starting bid of 20... and cap at certain $xx amount.... was surprised by his action.. as initially... he was out to help others by telling others that the bidding price was too high which he could get the zoos for only a single figure... and of cos been slammed by other reefer and disrupt that particular sales ... although he action is disturbing but i m nevertheless quite impressed by his boldness... but now.. he is doing it himself... my points is... where does the line being drawn... esp so when at 1 point you are trying to help others.. while the other u are committing the same mistakes... and worst.. if the frag was really been sold he would not only recovered cost but the same time making profits out of it.... so.. should i concluded that we human are only able to look at others ppl mistake but cannot see oneself.. committing the same mistake... i rest my case... and those who wish to rebut my point pls make sure it is concrete... and don't voice yr opinion if you are not sure of what i m talking about... or just want to jump into conclusion and stirr shit around... and bared in mind i m not a newbie... for your info...
