My tank parameters, Taken 3rd March, Ammonia 0 No3 0 KH 8.6 Mg 1200 Calcium 400 PO4 0.03 Ph 8.2 10 March Ammonia 0 No3 0 KH 6.1 (Tested 3 times w Salifert) Mg 1140 Calcium 420 PO4 0.03 Ph 8.2 Realised KH dropped significantly, however, SPS, LPS all doing great. Any idea why this is happenening? PH is stable..

My chiller gives out a loud "thud" when the compressor stops. Other than that, operation is as normal. Anyone has the same issue?

PT has gone thru para guard n cupramine. Has been in QT for last 2 months, 3 weeks monitoring, 3 weeks treatment, 2 weeks monitoring. Fish has patches on body and face. Eating well and quite active. Fins and eyes looks ok. Is it safe to release to main tank. Think stress is contributing as QT tank is small. Advice appreciated.

getting really confused... Followed vtec advice, 5ml of ro water, dose 5 drops cupramine directly and test. Result is dark green solution which is not within the color chart

No sand, rock, carbon. Guess i have to trust my API test kit.

Did not dose since yesterday but measured 3rd time 0 for copper. Going to dose more and crossed my fingers.

Puzzled as my api copper test is still showing 0?? Does seachem cupramine contain copper? Should i get another test kit? thanks.

Added in cupramine according to instruction but copper test results shows 0. Added 20% more.

Need some help, i bought a purple tang and qt for 3 weeks with no signs. Added 2 clowns and a mandarin as i was transferring tanks. Found some white spots appearing on my PT after so started paraguard. On the 3rd day, the pt starts developing more spots and couple of lateral lines across the body. PT is eating well but darts around. I have changed out 80% of water and added carbon yesterday. Is it safe to add in cupramine today?
