Angel will nips on clams... unless the very well behave ones which is difficult to come by .... But still a very nice tank.

Wp40 is too high and wp25 is too low for a 2 to 3 feet tank. I think a flow rate of 5000 to 7500 is just nice for a 2 to 3 ft tank. Any thing between wp40 and wp25 coming?

It have 6 months warranty. Unless after 6 months, it will not be a concern.

I like the way they swim, so just to see how they looks like, is it the same as in the video? Thinking of getting one in the future after I know more about them.

Just to create awareness of this disease called mycobacterium marinum. It is quite dangerous. It is a bacteria. As a bacterua, it is more difficult to detect as compared with ich. Please search the Internet for more detail. And you will know why. Never touch your tank water with an open wound in your hand Be careful and be safe so as to enjoy the hobby.

Just to share my experience. I started my marine fish two year ago before that in freshwater aquarium. Mine is a fowlr tank. Initially I use nsw for water change and I have no problem with the skin at my right hand fingers. Due to parasites in the nsw, I start to use salt mix. Every thing go well, then I started to develop dry skin and crack on my right hand fingers, started this problem about 9 month ago. I have used salt mix for more tthan 1 and half year. I suspect it is due to the brand of the salt mix. I been change different brands of salt mix along way. But laterly, stick to one brand about 1 year ago. Before this brand I have no problem with my fingers. Now, I have recovered almost 90%. Still have a bit of dry skin and peel. Do you know about marine TB, mycobacterium marinum. It is very dangerous. It is bacteria. The tank may look free from ich. But it is more difficult to tell it is free from bacteria. Search the name, you will know why. Yes. Water parameters is important. I have read I yeo99 blog too that need to increase the frequency of water change. I wonder if there any method that maintain the water change frequency. Also I wondered what does bro vtec say about depending on the type of diseases. I know ich we can maintain water change schedule while we dose copper. How about bacterial inflections? Internal inflection or worm is not a concern. But worm need to isolated the fish. Becuase the poo from inflected fish may be consumed by other fish and other fish to be inflected.

Normally the fish can treated in qt. But the main tank still have inflection. Pull back the fish will get back the disease. How to solve the main tank is the problem.

It will stain the main tank with yellow stuff. It wil kill both good and bad bacteria,, cause ammonia splike.

Ich is still in main tank even after two weeks fishless unless some thing is done... Ich probably come back if you introduce the fish back after two weeks....

If nothing wrong, it will be more stressful in the qt than in the main tank where it have enough space. Ich is always a headache......

To me, whether TOTQ is commerically driven or driven by small group of people is not very important, we need to focus on the key objectives. That is create awareness amd promote the interest of marine aquarium. So that there is more people into this hobby. Once there is more demand, then there will be more LFS emerge and the cost of the hobby will be lowered just like in Hong Kong. I also heard one of the LFS imports their fishes/corals from Hong Kong, then means the cost is not cheap as it is down stream in the distribution channel. Becasue we do not have the volume as compared to the Hong Kong market. I hope from this forum, people (newbie or senior) will learn from each other and prevent the failure in their tanks (both FOWLR and reef) so that they will not get discouraged from this hobby due to high cost of failure. Of course, the judging TOTQ must be more transparent too.... .

Normally, I mop the floor a few times after water change... Remember to change the water in your mop pail every time...
