I am confused ... How to read the no3 level ? According to the salifert's instruction , place the test vial on the white part of the the colour chart and compare colors looking from the TOP . So which is the correct method ? Can enlighten me please for those who use salifert test kit . The 1st pic or the 2nd pic is the correct method to read ?

Ph - 8.3 Po4 - 0.03 Salinity - 1.024 Kh - 11dkh No3 - 100mg/l Btw, is my no3 okay for my tank? 1st time testing no3, the number look horrible to me ... Maybe I measure wrongly. Water salinity is 1.024, KH is 9 to 10 dkh and PH is 8.3 . Yet check the NO3 and PO4. Need to go and buy test kits. Thank 4 the advice .
