    Yah for me I use "Life" brand from NTUC.1 carton 18litre I usually use 2 cartons

    Normally my preference is about 5-10% water change every 2 weeks to 1 month. not hard core corals guys so i guess still not too bad.

    Normally from what i know Prata is supposed to put on sand bed and not to high flow.
