Bro, u r saying bioPellet and biosphere? Both r reducing nitrate medium..for bioPellet, a reactor is needed and the pellets must b moving ard by a current flow..for biosphere, its in pieces and put in a net bag, to place inside skimmer chamber will suffice.. To use which 1 depend on you yea

Its the same thing like bioPellet, just that it don't need a reactor to run..the function is to reduce nitrate..my experience with bioPellet is they tend to clog up at certain area sometime..

Suggest ur reactor run rowaphos..replace bioPellet with biosphere..biosphere just need to place in skimmer chamber..nitrate remover oso..

Thanks bro..patiently waiting for ur invite yea My tank had a crash 2mth ago..now getting stable with lesser fishes n lesser rocks..have a planned fish list and will add them slowly..I don't have a fix LFS for my fish stock, see which LFS have my wanted fish then I will get from there..lesson learnt is to QT the fish for 2mth at least..so far I don't have algae problem..many say that algae scrubber work..hope yours will succeed yea

Thanks bro for the explanation..I agreed that tank can't compare with ocean but we will try our best to let them live healthy, feeding them well, make more swimming space by not overload the tank & good rockscape..make them feel exclusive n the special 1 in our tank as in ocean, they r in a school n the stronger will survive..tangs in ocean can see that they r always feeding..they eat each other poo too..their body is very round n fat..I hope my tangs n angels will grow big n fat under my care n be the special 1 4ft to 6ft do make a difference of swimming room..I know a Reefer who keep a sohal tang from 4" to 9" in his 6ft tank in 2yrs time.. Actually I feel that pellets r more nutritious as being man-make thus contain more vitamin n essences.. Overall, maintaining good water quality is essential for reefing..good luck to all cheers n reefing

What's ur tank size?..I m asking this coz ur blue tang don't look big..for info, my 2yo blue tang grow from 2" to 6" now, does that mean he won't grow anymore in my Tank?.. Bro, din know that..can't see it from ur tank pic..maybe u r using white cable tie instead and/or Coraline algae had grown over them liao.. Agreed that using cable tie is easier to do protuding hanging rockscape which stacking can't do..just that from my prospective, if can see it, I find it fake..cheers n happy reefing

Can go for dwarf angel like flame, flameback, etc..they add colours to ur tank.. nice little tank..

Use a stick to push it out then catch with a net..need to see the tank pic to better visualise..gd luck
