So 27C deg is OK for sps as well? My chiller temp control quite good, able to maintain +- 0.2 DegC. If 27C is okie, I will want to slowly adjust it near 27C deg so can save some electricity bills.

I always read up articles stating sps require 75F/23.9C - 80F/26.7C deg temperature to strive. Is it true? I am looking at energy efficiency for my tank now. What are the majority of the sps tank owners controlling their water temperature in Singapore? Currently I am controlling around 26C degree. Which I think my chiller is cutting in too often.

Looking in advance when I run into not enough space at top. Cutting the light hanger to bring the lights down is my last resort. Meantime I having trying to position the sps species base on its colours & light requirements. Would like to learn if anyone has tested using light duration to compensate for PAR?

Due to my leds situated at 24 inches away from my lowest sps, par might not be sufficient. Can I compensate it will longer duration for the low par?
