Try to look out for nudibranch feeding on your zoas . Might also due to zoas in the process of mutliplying which will goes into closing mode for a few days & then you'll noticed tiny news zoas popping up
Yup, you're right. They do send out digestive strands called acontia that are used to digest food when triggered such as glass cleaning. Beware that they do digest neighbouring corals as a result of this frenzy reactions
Crabs are not pests. In fact they're scavengers which helps to clean up your aquarium but if it gets bigger, then you'll need to observe its behaviour & decide from there. Cheers!
Yucks! Place all caught bristle worms in tap water & they'll bye-bye. Do note that when they reached adult stage, they'll start to spawn. You'll know it when your water is cloudy
