Thanks alexcyf. To be fair and transparent for all potential buyers. The rocks will be free with the purchase of the tank and cabinet. Reason: i have gotten most rocks free from all fellow reefers. For enquiry for equipments: Equipments (mainly brand new or <1.5 yrs) are sold separately unless the potential buyer is quoting me a really good price. Once the tank is sold i will begin to post on the livestocks then the equipments. Thank you for the understanding.

From my experience, its not necessary to add another prawn. The cycling is already in process. I guess cycling will take longer for a 4 ft tank. The diatom will bloom shortly and the signs are that the rocks you have will turn brownish. More importantly is to test your water parameters - No2, No3, Ammonia.

I just started using Algone yesterday. Previously was having No3 reading of about 20ppm. Heard that it will reduce Nitrate to below 5. Will do a test one this weekend to see if it actually works.

I did a test on Irwana water and the PH i got was in the range of 8-8.2. After mixing the salt (friz) i measured the PH again using a PH test pen. The results didnt vary much, maybe + / - 0.1. The volume of water i tested is about 10L.
