  1. Can't PM u. Interested in $20 Pink zoa, Candy cane and pink BN
  2. Hi reefers. I have assorted frags and mini colonies to clear. Big (colonies): $10 each Small (frags): $5 each (incl ultra lumi hairy mushroom and zoa) Reason for cheap sale: They are substandard, lost colour and polyps after spending one week in holding tank during my upgrade. (Softies are fine though.) They will revive in your tank if conditions are optimal. Take all for $20. (Priority)
  3. Very small footprint. Excellent for those with not much space in sump!
  4. Hi upgrading so need a bigger one. Letting go this + CO2 tank. Without controller. It works fine manually. Six months old. $150 +$80 for CO2 tank. Can be sold separately. Collection upper serangoon.
  5. Wrote to ATI, which replied saying delay could have been caused by some public holidays in early-June. Very un-German!
  6. Has anyone had poor experience with Aquamarin? Bought an ATI set from them a month ago. They ask for payment in FULL and said lights will arrive in THREE WEEKS. Now, delay after delay. And they keep blaming ATI side.
  7. Not much u can do. Yr tank seems to hv high nutrient, which is what mushrooms like.
  8. While global warming is very real, temperature rises very very gradually. And if you go out to the Great Barrier Reef, the water is still cold (relative to around here). So my theory is that there may be other factors - such as changing salinity and nutrient levels - that are contributing to widespread bleaching. Not forgetting natural predators such as crown-of-thorn starfish.
  9. Hi folks. As you may have read, vast areas of reefs all over the world are bleaching. Rising temperature is the suspected cause but I believe there are other contributing causes. Anyway I believe bleaching can be reversed, based on what I see in my own tank. A few months ago, my reverse sunset monti started bleaching for no known reason. Then it stopped. And now the coral is starting to re-colonise the dead parts. Really cool.
  10. I hv 3 yellow tangs and was thinking of adding a blue tang
  11. Hi has anyone kept blue and yellow tang together successfully?

  14. My oldest LPS (3yrs+), and oldest SPS (18mths... original frag).
  15. Hi reefers, Have you ever thought about lifespan of corals in captivity? We know fish have a definite lifespan, with big angels and triggers being among the longest lived. What about corals? For SPS, we may say we help them regenerate by fragging. So technically they can go on and on. What about LPS? What's your oldest LPS? Currently, my oldest LPS is a red-green brain which has been with me for 3yrs+. Let's share your stories. Sent from my SM-G901F using Tapatalk
