How to restart a marine fish tank?

Hello! I need advise here. Recently I started a new tank that runs well for 1 month with fishes swimming happily. Howvever 1 week ago I brought a anemone and the next day the anemone was sucked under my pump and polluted my tank! All the inhabitants die soon after. Please advise how can I restart the tank ? draining off the water completely and filling with fresh per-mix salt water can ?
