Im current keeping a juve peacock for 3mnths liao... Easy to keep, eats anything that hits the water. Mines a 1.5 ft tank. Do consider a mat under ur substrate if u intend to keep one. They smash bottom tank more than the sides

Probably hairy crabs and bristleworms... Or thundercrabs...

Hi, im into my 7 day of running bio pellets in a TLF 150. Experienced some haziness on the 3rd and 4th day. Since then, it has been cleared up. All these 7 days, i have been dosing Microbacter7 daily. Do i have keep dosing?? Whats the dosing regimen for bacteria?? Sorry about the ignorance... Thanks!

I think they are fish waste... Im constantly having snowy water as well, but im overstocked... So have to live with it. I notice these particles are sometimes stirred up from the sand bed especially by bottom dwellers, even shrimps... So might wanna vacuum ur sandbed often.

I agree, a hangon filter will be sufficient for a 1 footer. Provided that u keep ur stocks to minimum. Im using a overflow box for my 2ft and yes, u can do it this way with a return pump. If u have the space, i do reccomend a sump, it adds volume to ur existing tank, thus more stable parameters. And also it can hold ur wetdry, skimmer, refugium... Less clutter on ur DT.
