  3. I happened to learn from another bro in this forum, his t5 ATI set is not grounded too purposely as advised by his electrician (touching the metal will electrocute). The electrician advised to do so, to avoid the bulbs being exploded during thunder storm. According to the electrician, he witnessed himself t5 bulb exploded by thunder. Hopefully this case is the same to give thread starter the benefit of doubt. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. One thing important that is often forgotten, carefully plan for electricity safety as well as water overflow from sump. Simulate power trip to ensure that it is all well planned, bro. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. Bros, I have a pair of clownfish in my tank already (black ice and snowflake). The female is quite big, around 4 - 5 inch. The male amount 2.5 inch. Since they have paired up, they are very aggresive towards new clowns. I intend to add 1 or 2 more pair of similar clowns. What is the best way to introduce the new clowns? I notice that they have certain behavior that needs to be understood. I initially I had a black ice pair living together for almost a year. I am not sure if they have paired up although the smaller one always followed the big one (which is the 4-5 inch female today) since the male was 1.5". When I introduced a new pair of snowflake (2+ inch and 1.5+ inch) what happen was the new 2+ inch snowflake bullied the 1.5" black ice to stress (when I noticed that I moved it to the refugium but it died a day after). The 2+ inch tried to bond with the big female and started bullying the 1.5+ inch. The big female didn't seem to care. So I rushed to move the 1.5+ inch snowflake to the refugium. I suspect that the black ice was not paired as the male had not reached sexual maturity. I like clownfish and want to introduce more but based on past experience it seems a bit intricate; needs to understand their social behavior. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  10. Bros, I am testing my Vortech pump with the backup battery. When the main power supply is off, the pump turned to the power saving mode (green). When I switch on the power supply again, it never return to the original mode. Any idea how to config it to revert to the original mode when power is up? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
