  4. Hijack a bit. From my experience, so far Iwarna is very honest and up front. When started reeding 2 years a go, i wanted to buy a brain coral. I didn't know which is a good specimen or a bad one. So, I picked a not so good one. When paying, the uncle (Philip) told me to get another one as the one I didn't look healthy. Another instance, I wanted to buy snowflake clown from FuEl. He asked my tank size first and if I had existing ones. When I told him yes, he advised that I should not buy because the existing one will kill the new additions as the tank is not big enough. Another instance, when getting quote to build a new tank from Victor. He listed very detail list and every single items required and the price. This is to be up front on the cost and prevent hidden cost. It is too often business will make you think that it is cheap initially but then come with hidden costs. But this is not the way Iwarna runs their business. Being a customer, I really commend Iwarna for being honest and up front despite they run business and need sales. It is the way to do business and gain trust and loyalty from customer. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  10. Found this advice from Reefkeeping: animals is to catch them all, which although tedious, is possible. Generally, this involves using a sacrificial fish, usually something easy to catch and moderately large. A yellow tang is a good choice for this because the fish's color pattern allows easy determination of the presence of the parasite. The other fish in the tank are collected and removed to a quarantine tank, and the "bait" fish is introduced. This fish is checked periodically and, if the parasites are seen on it, it is netted and removed to a flat surface where it may be immobilized with a wet paper towel. The parasite is removed with a pair of tweezers or forceps. The fish is then returned to the tank, and the procedure repeated. Often the parasites are nocturnal; consequently, the fish will have to be examined before the lights come on. The aquarium is probably free of the parasites if none are seen on the fish for a month or so after the last one has been collected. http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-05/rs/ Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  11. Actually to secure the rocks, it is better to put rocks first then sands. If sand first then rock, when you start keeping sand shifter / dweller the rocks become unstable and can collapse. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  12. Bro, once the algae has settle in the rocks it is very difficult to eradicate. Even if you brush the rock, chances are there is still left over in the rock cavities. One option, since a pico tank is small; just replace the rocks. Another option, check with FuEl (Iwarna) on some additive to remove nuisance algae. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  13. Bro, I am not experienced with CR. Just some thought, since the PH drop is caused by the CO2 in the water and by reducing CO2 it will bring the PH up, it seems that airating will help. That may explain what PROX said since skimmer uses huge amount of air bubble. The CO2 will quickly removed with the bubble into the air. In sump we normally have macro algae with the lights ON. They should be happy with CO2 supply and they will consume it for the photo synthesis. Hence also reducing CO2 and will stabilise PH. (Just some of my thought though) Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  14. Bro Xtrader One idea is to also setup a kind of identification with your client Like when we call bank they verify us But regularly change these identification q&a E.g when we had conversation the last time, what is your car color, etc. This can be used in case phone call not possible or convenient. 19. UV lamp is not a rocket science technology. So China or western brand should not really matter in my opinion. Effectiveness of the filtration depends on the exposure (intensity and duration). So it is better to choose products that allow more exposure inside the unit and follow the recommended water flow rate. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
