  1. Looks very nice. The lines like designs.
  2. Looking great and sorry for the loss. That fish is indeed a beauty.
  3. Hope TS found his corals. Try explore lfs and see those lps that they place near the wavemaker or the outlet flow. Check flowrate and see if yours similar. If so and those corals are opening, you may consider ^^
  4. More width gives u more visual depth into the tank. Much nicer.
  5. my interesting tailspot with its personality. hiding here and there, chasing my purple firefish out of its cave. http://youtu.be/-2zdEwtWcak
  6. Awesome pictures! !!! They are really cool!
  7. I still looking for a pink frogspawn at reasonable price to touch up the gap. ^^
  8. thanks! Already keep buying. Haha. I won't go bigger tank. Used to keep but decided to keep it easy. Heh. thanks! Looks like chalice. Not quite sure. Lol. Montipora? And yes, rose goniopora but still not extending. Shifted as I suspect the flowrate too high for it. Thank you!
  9. Some more new additions! Anyway, it's night time, they ain't opening anymore. Rest time for them
  10. Thank you. More red today! Spent some red notes to get some corals. Lol. Imagining our notes representing our corals. Your golden would have represented the hundred dollar notes. ^^ Thank you! Just got some corals in again. Haha. Not so neat again. Thanks for the encouragement!
  11. A little update. Some picture can't be rotated no matter how I rotate on my file. So I will skip them until I get it fixed for purpose of easy view. Few new additions except alveopora. Just love how it looks like from top view.
  12. For a normal fish-less and maybe a few flakes or pellets type of cycling, it took me about 6 weeks. Few weeks more than freshwater. Add some beneficial bacteria, and since u are at nitrite state, use microbe lift nite - out II. It contains nitrification bacteria which is what your tank is cultivating now. Follow dosage and add more doesn't harm. It speeds up cycling very fast. Freshwater takes about 4 weeks for full cycling to complete, my personal experience with that product + OF beneficial bacteria, speeds up freshwater cycling and completes in 1 week. With freshwater, it took me about 2-3 weeks with such products to complete cycling. If you are not adding anything, 1 mth isn't enough.
  13. Ehhh.. I was there but didn't see. Saw yellow tangs feeding on seaweeds. And quite a few peppermint shrimps.
  14. Have to change water every 2 days. Otherwise the water will turn cloudy and ammonia/nitrate spike
  15. I used and still using. But I use in conjuncture with NP reactor and de*nitrator. It's pretty good in this way! No3 reduced to 0 ppm.
  16. Thanks bro Bunster! Hmmm u start at 9. I use online given, start at 6, end at 0030. Need to twitch it a little.
  17. Some thoughts in addition to what bro James share about stress. 1) lighting, too bright for it and too little blue actinic light? Blue light colors, white light growth? 2) water parameter? 3) any creature disturbing that causes prolong stress? 4) converting from green ic to pink ic, ORD LOH. . hee. Anw, I'm just a new bird trying to share based on my past experience.
  18. My scavengers are doing their job so well that I do not know I should compliment or complain that they pick that food off my coral during feeding.
  19. Very nice tank! Thanks bro for posting! I see some cool corals around! Heheh. I'm facing diatom issues and a little hair algae after switching to razor. Using the 60w and agrees that with 120 spread, still not wide enough. But it's only at the corners, so that doesn't affect me much. Bro Bunster, can to share your razor setting? What time to what time, and what % for A:B? I am trying to increase my corals to absorb more nutrients than giving these diatoms a chance to expand. But I think my lighting timing need to readjust as I'm seeing more hair algae growing after all my snails died.
  20. Hi all, I am looking for true percula clownfish. Preferably a pair if not single is fine. Healthy and feeding fish will be considered. Please PM me your price of sales. Thank you very much!
  21. Doesn't look comfortable although it has its own beauty in it
