I think 2 clown fish is the max you can go with the tank of your size.
Live rocks you can get from fish farm like iwarna, T95
You dont really need a HOF if you do water changes frequently. Like once or twice per week.
I have a refractometer with me for 5 months and now it is uncalibrated. When I tried calibrating it, I have unscrewed the calibration screw to the max and yet I am unable to align it to 0. Need help guys.
Good idea but i have a question. It is like doing xmas gift exchange there is always a min. price to the gifts. How you going to define this for the frags to exchange?

Gives you a rough idea of the number of led you need for your tank size.
Diy i would recommend going for ledgroupbuy or steve leds. But of course you pay a price for better leds and shipping to singapore.
In the end it just boila down to what you want and the quality you want.
I just completed my own DIY led. I suggest before you even spend on those money. Ask yourself.
1. How much led are you using.
2. Full spectrum or just blue:neutral white ration.
3. If full spectrum how many channels are there going to be?
4. Going to be manual dimmable or automatic using controller?
5. If going automatic controller doing to program it yourself or buy existing ready made?

Orchid dottyback is the more friendly kind. But i realised they will try to pick on fish that are smaller than them even though they are not of the same coloration.
My 2 true perc does not pick on other fish. Just that after feeding my female perc also go chase and bite the male one.
