  3. Hi bro, raise the level of skimmer by placing a plastic box underneath, like Tupperware etc.. Your water level might too high. I had the same problem before. Once your water mature, slowly adjust the knob to the prefer level and remove your plastic box. 185 Gallons - 5ft tank since nov 2013

  17. Hi bro, I suggest for your tank size, you can just buy 1 maxspect razor r420r to save cost. I am using 2 for my 5ft tank and it hang on top my tank and easy to adjust to your size.
  18. Your space quite limited to put reactors and refugium.. Just correct dosing and good skimming will do the trick..
  19. You might want to consider redsea po4/no3 reducer, you can daily dose 5-10ml, it's helps to clear your debris too..
  20. Should have ask them, they are very nice.. I am into planted tanks so I go there quite often.. The truth is that I just started too.. There are a lot concept out there which works for different people.. I needed a simple system that doesn't require too much effort and cleaning.. More time to enjoy the Beauty of nature..
  21. If you happen to look inside the sump. I am running the same system. I learn this from the same guy that setup up this tank at green chapter. No funny reactor, just correct dosing and a good skimmer. We use redsea + ATM product. This setup doesn't go thru water changes too... We just do weekly topup with tap water & premix redsea salt. Seeing is believing..
