hi, Are there such marine tank as "poor"? I think quite tough to keep down the cost of owning a decent marine tank. I started off more than 10 years back with a school boy tank that crash Becos of anemone get suck into pump. Last year nov, itchy hand look thro this forum and got myself a used 1 ft cube nano. Thinking to keep cost down ( home have 3 monkeys to feed). Took 1 months to set it up with IOS and a DIY algae scrubber. The constant topping up of water and the inefficient air lift skimmer frustrate me into going something bigger (man nature to seek bigger thing, ha). Show a picture of the ex 1 ft tank.

Spot or spotlight at plaza singapora also have the plastic convas, they have two size. i bought the smaller hole ones. SM recommend 7-8 holes per inch if i remember correctly.

Probably u can mod the center panel with proper supporting beam and transfer the Weight down with adding in column at the centre. Think a pic showing the cabinet Will help. But do keep in mind that it is lots of weight, do mod with care or get specialist To do.
