confirmed as 1995 liao...no renovation...after all my reading confirmed facing position as SE2 and est. date 1995....so only got east to place tank which is impossible as door is there (yes the door = my entire east area liao...just a small 115 sqft office...somemore opens inward). The lilian too book also helped me by calculating the water and mountain star position (which just happens the 8 for water and 1 for mountain is at where my current tank is). On top of that she mention something about avoiding mid of room (book in office tml share later) by the way got this app: kai yun shi qing luo pan (might have to search in chinese) seems pretty good...can help me test it out? if it is good next time the bros here can all use this to convince wife/gf liao wahaha also it mentions tai shui position, po shui and shan sha can verify if its ok to place tank between tai shui and po shui position?? from what i read on the net, should not place items you have to move often or do renovation there....if fish tank cannot place there i am pretty sure where to place liao(share research later once cfmed) and somemore got to downsize width liao to avoid that area. frankly this feng shui thing got my gf n me interested too haha...probably going to read up more.

the office is shared between me and my friend..just a one man show here so kinda of easy with that... WC have been 30L weekly (drive from irwana to pandan loop zzz) climb up 3 story(no lift here)....if 4 x 2 x 1 + 3 x 2 x 1 sump est: 393 litre of water...so ard 8% per week....kinda lower than my current WC... ya investment is huge i understand....but i probably only need a better chiller, 1 more AI vega light set and sand ... Skimmer is a BM curve 7 so can just port over...rocks i already prepared as bought a box from fellow reefer + rock in sump and current tank.... Lifestock mthly budget so far 500 - 1000....but new tank maybe 200-500 per month and slowly stock... time wise realize my current 2x1x1 also taking a lot of my time....but it is a mixed problem for my GF coz she knows i need not go office to work but i am not the work at home type. However because of my current fish tank, i am going to office almost everyday lol and she just agreed ytd to my new tank! (thanks to the wooden table expanding due to water and some feng shui stuff but probably cannot go 5 feet liao coz she limited my budget).

Hi, planning for my new fish tank and was wondering if there is any feng shui experts around as i am deciding between: 1. 2x2x1 or 3x2x1 tank in the northwest corner of my office or 5 x 2.5 x 1 tank in the middle of office (west to middle) personal preference is 5 ft tank but becoz of space constrain i can only either to go smaller tank but by the right side of my table (which from what i understand is the best postion for tank since water is abundance and in bagua north west represent wealth) or larger tank but front of table. Got to make sure coz of business and also this is my excuse to gf for changing tank..hehe

i agree..i am using it right now... 1st day i got it they dint give me the better air stopper (not sure if this is what it's called). the overflow stopped working with a few hours. went back to complain and they gave me a better one end up have to suck air out every 2 days ......finally sealed up the openings from air tube to overflow box and its ok. for the last 1 week+. At the rate the bubble is growing i estimate it to 1 month must suck air once hehe. BTW bro...just saw that i going to place the tank on the table??? if so is it a wooden table?? if it is what quality is the wood? i had to replace my table (and it is not easy...got to empty tank etc etc etc) a month or 2 back because water damaged the wood. Just today i realize the replacement got water seep in again ...lol

honestly no idea.....lol only know it is probably due to friend fresh water coz his tank leaked water too. Anyway shit comes together...just realized the wooden table (which i had just replaced a month back or so) which i place my tank on has managed to absorb water despite all the covering with plastic sheets. probably have to change it before tank comes crashing down..... so bright side is i can use this as an excuse to change to my 5x2.5x1 tank hehehehe. going for showdown talk later lol
