  4. I got a salmacis urchin and it started feeding a little on my ulva problem. Fingers crossed. A fts for this CNY.

  10. My tank is suffering from a infestation of ulva or sea lettuces. Getting a few more cuc to help eat them but so far none touches them. Nothing much to update, except adding another fish, yellow tang to see if it eats the ulva but only got chase around by my powder blue tang occasionally. No new corals as well so now time for some random shots, did see a great improvement in color in some of them.

  12. Its ok, bro. Trying to get a Red Sea sailfin tang but now busy at work, no time to hunt. I pluck a piece of it to take pic this morning.
  13. It's not green cyano. Pic not clear. It's leafy type of algae. Not powder form or slimy.
  14. Hi reefers, I had this infestation of ulva in my main display & seeking anyone's advise who has experiences or methods on how to get rid of them. I read that some fishes eat them but could a hit or miss case. Pictures for reference... Any advises is much appreciated, thanks and have a Gd wkend.
  15. Add those liquid in a bottle nitrifying bacteria to cycle ur tank.
  16. The brown stains are gone & my affected sps r slowly recovering & gaining bk it's colors after water has stabilized. So I concluded it probably due to some parameters or elements out of range. My mg kinda low and I might hv overdose on stuff like amino acids and traces.
