    Your corals might need some time to get used to led. Try to tune down the intensity to acclimatize them to it first.

    Doesn't look like u placing in a bright lit area, try placing in a stronger lit area wif moderate flow. As for the dirt, u can off ur pump for a while and siphon it away. But some reefers juz dun bother, it is up to individuals.

    If u have enough bacteria & CUC, the leftover food will clean up on its own. Increase feeding a little will be helpful.

    When I touch it, my fingers turned brown, the container has some brown stains on the sides which my iPhone cam couldn't capture. So does that conclude my rowas normal?
