-
Haha... We all do, wished I can do the same as u now.
-
Wah, upgrade, bro. Shiok!!
-
Think Tunze also have some models that can fit into ios.
-
What's your budget? Deltec mce300, Skimz & bubble magus have some hob skimmer models.
-
That's a weipro hob skimmer? Better to upgrade to a better skimmer. In the long run, this skimmer gonna give u problems.
-
I see u have already reserve your undeveloped real estate, heheheh!!
-
Yes, I was attracted by its bright orange color!! Thanks for your compliments. Its a scolymia australis but normal grade one. Ya, the common name is doughnut coral. Thanks, bro.

Depends on individual's standards and likings. For a start 10%wc weekly will be gd, once tank have stabilized, can reduce to maybe 5% weekly? Less maintenance less hassle too.
-
What's ur new tank size?
-
I see, Thot u need for weekly WC. Then no choice.

Buy a 20kg or 25kg bucket of synthetic marine salt and when finished can keep the bucket to use for water change.

My 6kg reef crystal also finishing, now dunno where to get cheap, reliable and can deliver to your doorstep salt, lol!! Thinking of trying the Skimz new salt as its cheap too.
-
There is this trace element product by Tropic Marin too called Coral minerals. Quite good too but hard to find the 500g can, usually see 250g ones.

I recently switched to reef crystal after reading some gd reviews from overseas forum and also becos its way cheaper than DD H2Ocean. But apparently this salt doesn't dissolve as well as compared to DD H2Ocean which I was using previously. Not sure if I'm the only one who encountered this, it sometimes give off a fishy kind of smell after aerating with a water pump after a few hrs. Other than that, no negative effects found when using reef crystals.
