Monti pe r tiny, u need to observe closely whether there's any pe during day and especially at night when lights off. If its healthy it will start to grow and encrust in 1-2 wks time. Hope this helps.

Bro, I think its a bird of paradize bn. Turquoise bn have round tips not pointed sharp tips.

East ocean selling these ANS hanging bars for light fixtures, not sure if it's feasible for your tank?
