  1. Is the 22kg one hard to open ( need tools like screwdriver to pry open)? Once I bought the Brightwell Neomarine one, it damn hard to open the cover, need tools to pry open.

  7. I aso feed once a week only, what I mean is my light off daily at 10pm. I usually dun have the problem where tentacles dun extend. My trick is I spray a bit of liquid coral food to induce their appetite first. When their tentacles extend, I continue to target feed them. It's take abt a few mins for them to extend their tentacles. I try out the lights off method to see the difference one day, thks.

  11. Thanks for the advice, bro. Usually I feed with lights on. When lights off at 10pm daily, quite late and also lazy for me. But anyway, will try out your method if possible. Saw some of your LPS growing really well in your threads, must drop by and see your tank in person if I got the chance.

  13. My scoly has some tissue rot issue a while back, dip in coral rx every 3-5days for 1mth. Now it is recovering and hopefully it can grew back the lost tissue and cover up the exposed bone.

  15. Different, 3+ is cylindrical type whereas 3.5 is cone type. Other than that, specs are similar.

  19. The Skimz monster SM121 can't fit in? Thot it's footprint is 15.3 by 14cm? Yours is 14 by 18cm? Or u can use hang on models like Deltec MCE300.
  20. No problem, actually I also has the same problem. I currently using BM Nac3+ cos it has a small footprint. This skimmer doesn't seem able to skim out any skimmate for my tank at the moment.
