  1. Dun have to spray the whole amount of joe's juice on the whole affected patch of brown wafer algae. Juz spray a little and monitor for a few days. Joe juice will slowly eat away at the unwanted algae and within a few wks, the patch will become bald, at least that what happened to my tank.

  3. Looks good, where to buy this GHL led set?
  4. I apply direct into my tank. Need to off your wavemakers & pumps for awhile to prevent the juice from dispersing around the tank. Any residue settling on your corals need to be clear off. I use hand waving movement to lightly brush off any remaining residue flowing away and landing on corals.
  5. I dun use but increasing calcium and magnesium levels plus use of strontium supplement alway works for me. Careful not to overdose.
  6. Some updates, accidentally discovered that Joe's juice can actually get rid of these algae. I spray a small amount on the affected areas and the whole patch will slowly die off after a few wks. Need to be careful when applying on areas near corals. Would suggest diluting the juice in aquarium water or di water before using. I didn't and actually end up injuring some of my corals but its recovering. Almost immediately after applying, the thick slimy mucus covering the brown wafer algae will be gone and after a few days, the brown patch will turn dark green. A wk or 2 later, it will turn white and coraline algae will cover up over the bald patch. Cheers.

  11. If its those filtered nsw, then shd be fine as long as u tune your ca, kh and mg to acceptable range as nsw tends to be on a lower range.
