    I also have the same problem as u, got myself a tank not really meant for marine. This is what I did then as advised by some senior reefer then. Remove the top cover with the top filter as this can't be used at all. Got a cheap 4xT5 set, 2 canister filter, one connected to chiller, one connected to tank ans surface skimmer. Lastly added in a cheap hob protein skimmer. Managed to keep some easy softies & lps for 1.5 yrs, until that china brand canister's inner o-ring wear & tear and starts to leak. Hope u can understand my explanation and be of some help to u. But then ur tank is not really suitable in the first place.

    Ya, i having problem with led bleaching & killing my lps. Using industrial good grade cacl2, mgcl2 & nahco3. But long before I use these stuff, I already had this problem. Were u at marine life's mass sale juz now? The guy with Netviper? Think I saw u juz now. Thks for the advice again.

    Opened the driver & saw the rf module not connected properly to the main module. Reconnect back and wireless back online!! Thanks, James for ur suggestion.

    I am using 3 channels dosing pump, dosing ca, kh & mg at different intervals daily. Ca maintained at 410-420ppm, kh at 8-8.3dkh, mg at 1350-1380ppm. So not really water para issue. Anyway, thks for the advice.

    Hi fellow MP40 users, My MP40 suddenly stopped syncing to my radion. That's means before that I could could press feed mode on my radion and my mp40 pump will go into feed mode. I dunno why it suddenly stopped syncing. I have tried the following methods but still can't resolve the problem. Doing hard & soft reset. Re-program and reapply Ecosmart config settings. Power on and off both radion and vortech & check cable connection. I using one radion and one mp40. Currently the W light on the mp40 driver is not lit meaning wireless is disabled. Anyone encounters this before? Any way to turn the wireless back on? Pls help... Appreciate & thanks.

    Hi fellow reefers, Need some help & advice on keeping freshy LPS such as Scoly, prata, lobo & trachy. I never have much luck keeping these corals for long term. Somehow or other, tissue will start recede from the sides exposing its bones after some time. Wondering what is it that I did wrong? Worse record was probably trachyphyllia and best record is cynarina (have 3 of these for 2 yrs plus, no issues). I will try my best to feed at least once a wk using frozen mysis or brine shrimp. Using radion & t5 combi for lighting. Wavemaker is Mp40 using random reef crest mode. Hope to hear some expert advices and suggestions. Thanks.

    Diiferent reefers keep at different range. Ulns will usually be at lower range 6.5-8dkh. Some ppl kept at btwn 7-11dkh, some ppl at 8-12dkh or 8-11dkh but whatever it is, a healthy stable KH would be the key in maintaining a healthy reef.

    It might go higher over the safe limit if u continue to dose KH supplement.
