More infor on reef vitality: Description Organic nurients for corals growth booster & color enhancer. Reef vitality is a particulate food for all corals and sponges. It contains diverse marine organic and inorganic materials which characteristically show high similarity to natural compounds found in the coral reef environment, and perfectly cover the needs of your corals. DOSAGE 1 capsule per 500 L (132.5 US gal.) every 4 days! Open the capsule carefully and dissolve it in a small amount of approx. 100 mL of aquarium water. Apply this solution directly to your tank. Make sure u hv sufficient lighting intensity & flow. Rest is depend on how u maintain your water paras & husbandry.

U can wash it rodi water or put it back in or wash it with old tank SW during WC and put it back in. If u going to use tap water, better to let it dry before putting back in ur sump.

It's not really critical to test but if u wan to learn on how to maintain your mg levels, it wil be gd too. As stable mg helps in keeping your ca & kh stable too. U need mg supplements if ur mg below 1200mg/l. Btw u using filter wool, bio balls & coral chips in your first compartment? Be careful as it will be a nitrate factory in the long run if u dun wash or change them.
