U must also make sure that ur in sump skimmer is place within the recommend water level of the skimmer. If ur sump water level too high, most likely even if u adjust ur skimmer knob to the lowest level. The foam will still easily over flood ur cup. In that case u might need to elevate ur skimmer higher.

Mine not really fairy wrasse but also from wrasse family. Splendid leopard wrasse turn from female to male. I only kept one. I think if keep in pairs then maybe only one will transform.
