BTW you are using e3 right? is the pump atman ph1100?

but is the round one... i chuck it into the socket and immediately my system short circuit, but pump still working but the rest all not working

hi, sorry for hijacking this thread, my skimmer is also bm nac 3+, and right now the plug is the two round pin plug, so must i buy an adapter for the pump plug? and is the cover for the collection cup very loose? if it is then if the skimmer skims too fast then won't the cover fly out? Hope those who use this skimmer or those who know can advise.

seniors correct me if i am wrong, but i think that it depends on what type of ric you are talking about. ricordia florida is usually more expensive but it is also more colourful. ricordia yuma is cheaper but not as colourful as ricordia floridia.

suspect it was the rescape that released the po4 back to the tank bcause b4 that i was already dosing henry's po4 remover and all my algae turned white and died

any idea for removing the algae off the frags? have been trying for v long but to no avail. pluck away, grow again. the algae keeps disturbing my zoas so much so that they would not open... any advise?

btw what is CUC?

no i never but i am not using test kit so will not know when will po4 start leaking back into my tank. am dosing 2 ml per day which should be able to remove 0.225ppm of po4 if my calcuations are correct

put abt 4 kg of coral chips inside to improve my bio filtration bcause i find that Jireh quick start cannot cope... right now battling with hair algae...any advice on removing and preventing it? already using henry's goodbye p04 but i don't dare dose too much cause am trying out some spses

bro, you can just hang the pvc tube on your tank if you want a sump
