hi bros, thanks for advises. i have googled it and it does seem to be a cowrie. not very sure if it is reef safe or not though. lots of different info anyone can advise?

not very sure. just found it crawling around my tank. able to crawl to places without water. scared that it will crawl out of my tank. but my main concern is if it is poisonous and whether it is reef safe.

Gd job to my clam. Managed to crack my rock into 2 pieces.had to transfer it to another. Luckily byssal threads was not that firmly attached onto the rocks yet.
