Not sure. I prefer paste actually. Its just that this time i got lazy to drill holes. The tape looks thin and heat transfer i dont think its as effective as thermal paste. Thats just my 2 cents. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have to agree with bro sherman. A better option is to use a 3w led. This is the diy lightset i used previously in my rsm 130. Now keeping in my store. Mixture of cool white, neutral white, red, green, violet 420mm and royal blues.

Hey bro. Ive got a spoilt Evo led. It seems that the bead is glued to the aluminium board. Any advise on how to remove it?

Else you can strip down the lightset and put in your own diy led. Did that for mine. Took me quite awhile to remove the stock light though.

I've thought of that too. But wouldn't running a 1/10 chiller on a 19L tank be too overkill? Im looking for more of a 1/20 or 1/15 chiller for the tank. But seems to be harder to find now adays.

Was considering that but my room temp is quite warm. Hard to bring down to 27-28 degrees as i want it.
