my no3 is at 10ppm and po4 at 0.25 ....!!

my kh is alway at 5-6 and my meg 1350 -1400 and last my ca 400-450 my is 3ft tank ..runing 6hrs adays with 1- 250wat mh with no t5 ! some sps just don seen to do well too ....brown out or die slowing! cant find a reason here...any advise

Hi bro,recently i change my salt to Tropic marine and end up my coral was started to bleaching and went i check my meg and ca...its all suddenly become too low and this was quite surpise that i dont have any problem before using instant ocean ? anyone has this overcome this problem?
