Had this for more than a month and feeding on mysis. Reason for letting it go is because it is competing with my pair of mandarins for the pods in my tank. So have to let go. I bought a second hand unit and is unable to dismantle the skim cup from the body. Tried to turn and turn with lots of strength and still cannot. Dear reefers, I am starting a 3ft tank which will house soft corals and fishes. Hence, PO4 is expected to shoot high with regular feedings and likely to run into algae problems. Have read online and came to a few options to do the PO4 export: 1) GFO 2) ATS 3) Macroalgae Reactor 4) ???
