Hi alll, I've a layer of hard and small white dots in my sump tank and in the hard to reach places of my DT. After some googling, it seems to calcium/mineral deposits. Most discussion doesn't cover the why and how to prevent the buildup. but mostly talk about removal using vinegar and a scraper - which i presume is used on a empty tank. Can any share some lights on the prevention methods and build up theory? All parameters in tank is in the ideal range. Please let me know you require any additional info to diagnose..
