Got these green hard algae on glass that are extremely hard to get it off. They are mostly at bottom of tank above the sand. Previously using the long scraper and dip yr hand into the water to scrape them off. Very messy n feel like the natural oil on my arm dirty the water cos my skimmer foam always subsided when I stick my arm into the water. Reefer Djvin recommended this algae scraper to me and So decided to give it a try. I got 2 cleaner magnets, 1 is LV grade, 1 is pasar malam grade. Have seen this scraper long ago but couldn't bare to super glue the scraper to the better grade magnet. Reefer Djvin has his scraper glued to a cheap magnet n it works. So I decided to try out. After waiting for the glue to cure, I tried it out this morning. It is like running just 10m of the 2.4km throughout. Effortless! Point to note is u should select a magnet that can be moved around easily. As if the magnet is too strong, there might be harder to xontrol it around.

I got a single channel type and encountered 2 occasions of abnormality. the timer has a internal batt tat needs to be charged up first before the LCD screen will turn on. my first unit after 1 nite charging still nothing on lcd. So go homefix changed. 2nd unit after using sometime the lcd screen data showed garbage wording after 1 wk plus of usage. homefix sent to distributor. reason is the internal batt fail, So they changed new batt. notice my light is not switching on then discovered this fault. very unreliable. I avoid all soundtech products... Got the maxxi tronic timer from madpetz. though no backup batt to retain program, So far is good. some timers body too broad n u can't plug into another plug next to it.

I've got Biopellets n po4X4. My phosphate is undetectable. but nitrate still high at 8 or 12ppm. not sure is it u can't use both at same time. read tat pellets need ratio of phosphate n nitrate to work. So is it so?

So for using 2 part additives, is it always the 2 part dosing the same? or dkh will always be more? thanks.

There's product that auto tops up water by float sensor. But is there any product that tops up water by salinity measurement? If can integrate both of these checking devices, would be great as it would be better closed loop control. Cos dosing 2part will increase the salinity.

Of polyps at your request to respective reefers. But some reefers maybe get more by 1 polyp or less due to not easy to frag as some polyps are attached together. Sorry abt it. If you find that you dun like the one allocated, no hard sell.

not selling one whole bunch to a person but trying to sell to multiple pple So this species can be propagated in tank. though am not sure how common is this species. just tell me how much u need n I let u know if it is OK. sorry abt the inconvenience.

search the web got many ways. 1) is wack head 2) is insert needle behind eye. 3) break the spinal 4) use clove oil /vodka to anaesthesia it n kill it.
