This is the impression I got when I read from the forum. I understand things get old liao will got problem. but I read liao machiam they just got the stuff then got program issue need go and download eagle files, wifi not working properly. salinity always low. So dun know if the Wi-Fi module, salinity module is the hardware problem or the head unit problem or cable problem. I might be spending more time isolating which module is having the problem. and to do the isolation tests, u might need spare modules n cables to swap to test out. Of cos I wan to buy the product n everything goes smoothly as I like the products. It's just tat when I read the forum n it doesn't powers me to part with my $, not cheap. So if worst case shipping is S$100, then total would be S$941. Estimated saving seems to be dependent on shipping price. if local sell higher then make more sense to buy online. if want to avoid paying gst, it seems need to split into 2 to 3 shipment. but these shipping cost will must be less than the gst$55. Else no pt.

Hi kaykay, if u have those coralline algae at bottom of tank, u will like this as yr hand will not be wet at all. 30mins is my own estimation. arms n shoulder ain't tired at all after 30mins. but if u use the stick scraper, I think after 30mins u be exhausted. Try it out. Hi tropic, u r quite right abt this. previously it's messy n tiring to clean these type of algae. now this job is a breeze n only tiring job is water change now.

Discovered 1 reef octo pump front housing opened up. water tat should be pumped up to main tank leaks frm here Contacted Dan of Coralreef aquarium regarding warranty. Good post customer support and he had informed David from Span aquarium about this. Turned out there's a improved front housing. David replaced the broken housing n gave me another new pc for my other sump pump. the bottom is the improved housing.

So how muchie? expensive but cheaper than those market leaders?

the scraper has 1 new blade in it. I bought the same little grey box with new blades just like the video. total qty should be 10 pcs in it. both items abt $20 each

Hi Tropic, from the video it looks the same as What I bought in madpetz. each blade has 2 sharp lengths which u can rotate to use. very thin blade, thinner than our older days blade for shaving. So I think when 1 side is blunt, u can switch over to other side. I saw the comment on YouTube tat only use on glass tank. So I believe mine also for glass tank only. Hi Djvin, actually I find tat it is the best maintenance equipment ever invented. normally when u use those long stick scraper, u are standing up n head bend down to look at the algae to scrape off. So shoulder n neck ache n exhausted. everytime clean halfway u want to eat snake a bit. With this, I just cleaned my 3 sides bottom part of tank within 30mins at most. and totally cleaned. Thanks for sharing with me.
