  1. Ah Beng have many scribble angels last week, but it is more than 4". Last evening saw one scribble angel but it is very big (about 6")
  2. Wow.... How big is your tank? To keep so many angels (all the types) in one tank in a single time, you need a very very big tank...
  3. Hi What type of angels you keep together in your tank? It can be drawf or large angels. This is to share the compatibility of different type of angels in a single tank to everyone here. Just to share mine: 1. Flagfin angel or bluelips angel 2. Yellow angel 3. Singapore angel Thanks for sharing
  4. Summary of difficult angelfish to keep: (not in order) 1. Half moon angel or purple mask angel 2. Multi-bar angel 3. Potter angel 4. Golden Angel 5. Singapore Angel 6. regal Angel 7. colini Angel It is difficult to get them acclimatize and eating. So it is adviseable to add them first before other angels because most of them are very shy. Easily been attacked by other angels.
  5. Looking for Flame angelfish. about 2 to 3 inches. PM me if you are selling one (price and how long you have keep it) Thanks
  6. Test the sg of the salt water from the LFS first, try to increase the sg to the 1.023 in your tank. Once reach the correct sg, take note of the water level in the tank. When the water level decrease due to evapouration, top up with fresh water to the water level that you have noted. You need to maintain the corect sg because of coral. Fish will not be a problem at low sg. I normally maintain at 1.02 for FOWLR tank.
  7. Looking for Juvenile Blue Ring Angel about 2-3". Anyone see it? Thanks

  9. Monitor the ANN, just do not add anymore fish until everything is stable. If the ANN are high, do water change, you can easily change almost 80% of the water as it is a pico tank.
  10. Look at this site http://coralreef.nus.edu.sg/index.html
  11. Agreed, some are more difficult, need more experience. But also more important is the fish itself. Must be healthy and most important is feeding. Lastly, the sequence of introducing and hope for the best, that the other angels does not attack the new comer.
  12. I have tried to keep some dwarf and juvenile large angelfishes but with low success rate. I found the following quite a challenge: 1. Half moon angel or purple mask angel 2. Multi-bar angel 3. Potter angel Please share which angelfish are challenging? How to feed them successfully?

  15. WTS: seahourses I have 7 tigertail seahorses and two black seahourses (I donot know the name maybe Kuda). All is feeding on frozen mysid shrimp. One of my seahorses even giving birth at begining of Oct, they are with me for more than 3 months. I am selling them as I have other plans. Selling at $12 for yellowtail and $15 for the black seahorse. You can decide which one to buy after you saw them feeding on frozen mysid shrimp. Can only collect on this Deepavali afternoon 1-2pm at Tampines. PM me for more details.
  16. Give them nature foods, buy red bamboo from lsf for the tangs that are not eating, through time, you can train them to eat pellets.
  17. Also reminder that any corals you add may also contain ich.
  18. Definitely no to copper treatment. Take all the fish out and put them to qt with copper treatment for 3 weeks or more. At the same time, left the display tank fishless for more than 5 weeks. After more than 5 weeks of fishless, start putting back only fish that have qt for more 3 weeks in copper. That I think is the best.
  19. More information on your tank is needed, fowlr or reef, etc before any treatment?
  20. Collected. Mod, please close the thread. Thanks.
