  1. Anyone using the jebao wp25 for a 1.5ft cube tank? At the lowest settings, will it blow the sand up?
  2. I just measured the clip on bracket and is longer than the normal bracket for 160w. The nano bracket is at 20cm long. In the end, I just clip to the side.
  3. i bought freeze dried at 15.80. 30 grams only.
  4. Haha, yah. Maybe can run at 50% to reduce the amount of light.
  5. Anyone knows when this is coming out or any shop has started selling. The only thing I don't like about this wavemaker is the suction pads.
  6. Looking at the lcd screen of the celestial, i believe you can set 4 different LEDs intensity. Seems like they dropped the idea of the 200w and come up with the 300w version. This is the video of the 300w for 4ft. http://youtu.be/yxbRl6f5ymY
  7. Yup, need to run the controller 24/7. There are 6 different time settings per day at 30 mins interval.
  8. I voted for LED as I just changed from T5 to LED. Was poisoned by Evolutionz when I saw his lights at his home when buying corals from him. I first upgraded my freshwater tank to 8000k led and now my mini pico tank to 16000k led.
  9. For me, mushroom last the longest and is still going strong in my tank. My gsp bought after mushroom did not spread and the purple carpet turned dark purple and disintegrate.
  10. I feed cyclopeeze twice a week. Sometimes can see the zoas close up with cyclopeeze in it.
  11. My dottyback is super aggressive and guard its territory without letting any fish go nears it. It has injured my yellowtail damsel and hector goby's fin before. Only my clownfish dare to go near the dottyback. Therefore, check and see if your fish hide in the same cave as the dottyback. If yes then think you got to separate the fish.
  12. Just bought a can of cyclopeeze from Aquamarin but is not located in the west.
  13. looks compact and very powerful for a small tank!
  14. My clownfish loves the NLS Thera +A and will dart towards the pellets.
  15. Thanks all for your suggestions. Really appreciate it.
  16. Ok noted. I also will want to ensure reliability in the long run.
  17. I wish to have 1.5ft but it will be protruding out from my wall. I want it to flush with my wall so max I can go is 42cm. Maybe I will check with aqurium artist for solutions.
  18. Nice nano tank. Can I know what equipments are you using?
  19. I am feeding NLS thera +A and my clownfish and yellowtail damsel will always wait for me at the top.
  20. Hi all, I am still new in this hobby and have started my first pico tank Gex Glassterior 300 at 13l in May and I am currently running eheim liberty 200 running at max 760l/hr with a little eheim skim 350 power head rated at 300l/hr. I know the tank is small and I am running it with biohome, rowaphos and seachem de*nitrate in the liberty compartment. I am planning to do an upgrade to my current tank to custom make a 42cm x 42cm x 42cm due to space constraint and to have as large as a sump I can to place in the cabinet with a skimmer. Therefore, I went to seaview earlier today and saw this 2 pumps: Eheim universal 1250 and compact+ 2000. They 2 cost the same but the compact+ has a smaller footprint and pumps 750l/hr more water at max settings. I would like to hear your views which is better and the pros / cons of each pump. Thanks!
  21. Nice tank bro! Can I know what is your tank size and the equipments used?
