Hi, when was the eheim 2000 and 1000 purchased?

I am dosing KH using seachem reef carbonate, liquid form. I love seachem products as i have been using since running with freshwater planted tanks and have been successful with their products. But just like what reeffish has said, we are also paying for the liquid of these products.

I am running a wp25 for my 1.5ft cube. I would say flow is strong and 2 of my yumas were blown away. YOU CAN TRY RUNNIS AT W1 S3 which is the lowest setting.Fortunately, my sps love the flow and I have seen growth and PE on them. My gsp also spread until the LR and love the flow. My banggai cardinal doesn't seem to like the highflow.

I am using mode W1 S3 for my 1.5ft cube. Lots of flow around the tank.

Yah bro, i got small and big size turbo snails and the big size one has bulldozed a few of my plugs at least once a week. Haha.

I have been using the ANS cooling fan for both my 3ft freshwater and 1.5ft saltwater. During Dec, managed to maintain temp between 27-28 degrees for both tank and the fans are set with ikea timer. Fan runs for 30 mins and rest 1hr, and so on. Seems to work really well but top up of water also quite alot. Never measure the amount I top up before.

What type of algae, any photos? I have been running with 4 turbo snails and so far algae is manageable. I believe increasing the water flow will also helps. I am also running an oversize skimmer and it seems to work for me.

Nice tank! You running with any skimmer?

Bro, i hope it is the molt. I got a shock about a month ago when I saw 2 cleaner shrimps in my tank. They look almost identical but at a closer look one of it is actually the molt. Even the tentacles molted together.

I think your photo period from 11am to 9.30pm is quite long. You can try reducing to 8 or 7 hours to prevent algae growth.

Guys, i just noticed I have at least 3 crabs in my tank. What type of prawn should I put in the trap, market prawn? How long should I wait before I remove the prawn? I placed a frozen mysis shrimp cube in my trap and trapped a turbo snail. Grr.
