Once you notice 1 acro start capturing food using its tentacles, it will always react this way when you dose it. So there will be many months before all acros started to train using tentacles to capture food. That is my guess. The reaction will be the same for feeding cyclopees, oyster eggs and C.V. But results wise, i do not know.

Dose 5 days ago. But have already trained some of my acro to feed by using cyclopees and oyster eggs. Have witness now 3 acros feeding during dosing. Now switch to CV. Day 1, dose 5 drops during the night (lights off). 1 (new) acro polyps extend its tentacles to capture food where i noticed in the morning (still lights off). Day 2 to day 3, dose as usual, no time to see any reaction. Day 4, dose during day time before lights off. Saw my bubbles reacted instantly with numerous tentacles extended. This always happened when i dose cyclopees. So still got to monitor..

Peppermint shrimp is vey effective in controlling Aptasia. But once they are gone, they will either die or look for alternative food. Here again, once these pepermint shrimp trained to eat your pellets, then they are not interested in searching for Aips to eat. So, there is always a good and bad about any living creature. Just depends on how you look at it. Aips helps to reduce Nutrient too, but they are pest like algae.

I believe they do a bulk purchase and no stop. Base on demand they may earn up to $15 per pc. But they did not cheap on people. Just that i feel it is commercial which in turn not fair to the sponsorers here.

I am also wondering whether the mods notice other threads that have neverending sales and not just crown fishes? Hope the moderator discover soon. Thought there are 2 more threads that keep on selling and even after 3 to 4 months still selling. Is this what we call commercial sales or the mods have turn into a blind eye on that?

that is why i said spawn already of cos fly lah. Where can you see home grown and sitting right at the place of the rock that you want? And sit and adjusted with proper spacing and for you to take a photo so nice? Then also cannot find the mother colony. Wow.. Out of no where. Can see a seeded home gown sps colony there. I will be totally impressed lah.

Spawning will not 100% gurantee that you will have 2nd generation seeded in your tank. Those will be fly off and end up in your skimmer. So, it is very difficult to see spawning, let alone it spawn and stay put then grow into a colony without dying? Only expert can do that. I will be extremely impressed to see a 2nd generation sps sitting next to the mother colony as a result from spawning.

Home Grown of cos from spawning lah. Then from what? Buy a colony and let it grow means home grown? Then like that every1 also have home grown sps liao.

Hello, what home grown sps? There is only 1 reefer here in S'pore managed to have home grown sps. "Colony" size leh.

Milli has the fastest growth rate than any other sps in my own opinion. But darken tissue will can be achieve by overdosing amino acid or iodine.
