Your kH is abit low. and your calcium should be higher if you are using CA reactor. In my own opinion, i think it may be the kH causing it, another is your flow is not enough?

We have to give him credit for being the head of the company, as he drive them to new height. Hence he was given a fat paycheck. An to be honest, being paid $25,000 per month for a CEO is peanuts. My CEO is paid $500000 to 750000 per annum. Beside having 12 mths bonus which is too much. However, being in a NPO, $25k is alot and 12 mths bonus is hell alot. I think he would be grab by other top company. Lets put ethical and moral issue apart, if i am the chairman of a company, i would hire him. Why, cost he can perform to earn big bucks. This was the desperate plea from a young woman whose both kidneys have failed. But when Miss Rahamah Shariff (right) learnt that Mr T T Durai earned about $25,000 a month, she was speechless. Her security guard father takes home $1,200 a month while her mother makes $600 a month as a cleaner. With two younger brothers who are not working, the 21-year-old said it was very hard to cope. That was when the NKF helped by subsidising the dialysis treatment substantially. From having to pay over $1,740 a month for the treatment, she now only pays $240 a month. 'Without NKF's help, I won't be able to afford the treatment,' she said in Malay. It's been an agonising journey for Miss Rahamah since both her kidneys failed in 1999. For six years, she has been chained to her dialysis machine in her room for 14 hours at a stretch, while a tube is inserted into a catheter implanted on the left side of her abdomen. Toxins are then flushed out of her kidneys. 'I was in and out of the hospital over 20 times because of infections.' While she says she's used to the confined lifestyle, the numbed expression told a different story. Indeed. "What the fuss all about!"??? FUSS? For rich people, is not a fuss, but for someone with only $1000 to $2000 earning per month. IT IS A REAL FUSS. With CEO earning few hundred thousands annually for managing a few hundred millions is peanuts. But For a not-for-profit organisation, is REALLY ALOT.

Seen so many people here blood boiled over NKF. We should all boycott them from now on. Donate to other charitiy organisations better. I better asked my company to stop our next month free NKF screening. Heard they use pressurised tactic to ask you for further screening. e.g. when staff go for this so called screening, they only conduct basic test, then after screening, they will make you worried by telling you your this is high that is high. Then they advise you to go for further screening in their branch. So people got worried and go for screening. They have the cheek to tell you the cost of conducting these further screening is $20+ where you can find it $100+ outside. But when you go there, they further asked you to go for more screening and making people worried over minor things. So one would be worried and go for more stringent tests resulting $100+ poorer in the end. All these tests are unnecessary, but people just go there because of being worried over their remarks.
