  1. Well... 1st of all, sun corals or Tubastraea is hard to raise. This is because of the regular feeding that we must provide. Bearing in mind that continuous feeding will deteriorate your water condition. If you feed, how long are you going to feed polyps by polyps? I feel that Super sun is easier and better because they open all day long and possible all night long.
  2. Not bad. But i prefer the those red and yellow ones. LCK has but too bad they are not for sales. Really impressive. One day when they are easily become available i might set up one. From my experience, i think SH needs height rather than width. The longer tank you have the better. Slow flow... Lots of branching corals like seafan, etc. Tonga rocks also nice. But must choose those thinner branches types. Last time, feeding SH is a problem because their food is not easily available. Like live copepod and so on. Now seems easy.. You might want to try buy some from LCK, those small shrimps.. look great for SH. Infact they are great for fishes too.
  3. How to keep them? Just put into the reef tank, make sure you have sand for them. They will help to stir clean your sand.
  4. Well, these suggestions are good but not always workable. Physically remove the nudi, almost impossible. And glue those nudi eggs but most of the time they are hidden and new ones always appear and you dont know where they hide. People always say yellow coris and 6 lines do the job, till now i have never witness it at all. mandarin will be great but seems more interested in copepod than nudi. The only way is to add lots of fishes.. which really effectively control those nudi. But beware of bio load. Dipping in the water will certainly kill the monti.
  5. well didnt know you need marine equipment. If you have asked earlier, when i part decom my tank, i would have donate my live sands to you.

  7. Nice mangroves.. I did a mesh net and styoform to float them in my sump. Change my sump lights to 5000 and 6000k. Spray a little fresh water on the leaves and will do it every other 3 days. Interestingly i added cheato below them. When all the roots and cheatos are grown.. I hope to see some copepods too. Currenly i have about 30+ and maybe if it really works i buy another 20 more.

  16. It comes with full dimension when LFS is concerned. Some offer good range and quality products, some lifestocks are always in good condition, some customer service is excellent. Having said that, some LFS are missing from the list. I think its only for sponors.
