Expected.... They are not easy fish to keep. I have 1 managed to survive for more than 4mths. Then it just MIA after i introduce new fishes in. The key to keep them is to have a mature sand bed with organism. Not with new sand bed. They never learn to eat other than the sand.

Culture?? You mean to let the live rock mature? You need to cultivate with another live rocks which i think will be faster. if not your dried live rocks are all dead and will take a very long time.

Calcium and Magnesium will get your coraline algae growing. With good kH buffer an added advantage. With actinic blue lights will even boost the growth rate. Also pls be patience. In no time you will see them as nuisance.

IMO, all epoxy are the same n do not matter which brand. They cannot hold corals unless its seated on directly. Furthermore they are not cheap. You can spent 1 full tube of epoxy yet still cannot hold the coral. IMO, super glue gel is the best, effective and cost less. Consider one cost $4 as compared to epoxy cost 4 times more. I have forgone all epoxy already.
