I beg to differ. I place my tank to the right of my door. No issues at all. You should consider the overall design and ergonomics aspects as a whole so that the tank proves to be not only a eye candy but also an area that allows you to do access or maintanence with ease. Of course, it applies to me cos FS is something that is zero as it is not in line with my faith. So end of the day, it's up to you but it works fantastic for me ya. All the best, your floor plan shows a very good layout out. No odd corners. 2050 area looks good to me too but I will also consider the area 90 degree clockwise to 2050 as i do not enjoy it when the side of the tank forms part of the entrance way to the rooms. Just my personal preference. Enjoy your planning ... fantastic home layout.

Updates: Emperor has gotten better. What I have done according to above brothers' suggestion:- 1. Water Change 2. Soaked Pellets in Vitamins and feed 3. Pellets used : Spectrum A & Dupla I will try to find time to grab the EIHO GOLD Prazi to dose ..... Wonder what others i should dose into tank ...

No fighting. He is the so called 'papa' of my Tank. He is the most alert and recognise me when I am home (food) He is not shy when anybody goes near him. Now soaking food with Vitamins to feed him during evening. During Lunch, feeder feeds pellets from Dupla & Spectrum A ... He also don't bully smaller angels .. has a good heart

Suspected due Water Quality Just did water change yesterday

My emperor angelfish had been with me for quite a while. Last week ... the body seem to develop some rashes or such.. I intend to keep little. But with Thin layer of Sand and a Small rock I always heard of Distilled Water top up ... But how much can I top up ? Top up every time or must change water at certain times ??? I never top up distilled water in my main tank before .. So i am noob on this issue.
