You have to know their sleeping habits. If they always hide under certain rocks..... Try to re arrange the rocks position. Leave the Wave Maker ON .. Switch on lights when you approach tank at night. Hope that they will be stunned & retarded. Allow the wave maker to 'move' their body around the tank ... Use net to catch. It may not be successful on first attempt... try again.

Just sharing my experiences.... Option 1: Fish Trap Box with Long Fish Line attached to Trap Door ... ready to Shut when Fish goes inside works very well for me. Enables me to catch all my 6 Damsels. Option 2: Waking Up @ 3am to catch other Bully Fishes works Superbly well for me too. I prefer Option 2. My tank is with Live Rocks.

OK..... I thought Trace Elements are for Fishes too ?

Just a question: If there is Copper in tank, it will be a waste of effort if I dose Trace Elements and Micro Bacteria ? Simple & maybe silly question .. but I just want to get logic right. Any senior here to answer ?

Tried. Not all my fish likes it. And yes, it does makes tank water cloudy .....not very jia lat but it does.

Everything is not guarantee in Reef Hobby. You can only try and remove if it doesn't work after a while. I am having 4 Flames in my tank with the Coral Beauty added first. The Coral Beauty still chases after them once in a while but everything seems to settle in quite well so far. I dunno what will happen if you just add 1 Flame ...

Personal experience. Coral Beauty - Once adapt ..... Fierce towards other newbie angels is an understatement. So ... Becareful.

Emperor getting more aggressive, especially during feeding session. Sped all around giving out loud grunt ... the rest all Hide. CAUGHT HIM LAST NIGHT GIVEN TO A REEFER TODAY END OF CHAPTER. APPRECIATE ALL CONCERNS. Wished he will recover from HLLE soon ..... in a better home.

I couldn't decide. So, I just thought of posting here to gather interest. I have a Emperor Angelfish in my tank. ALL ABOUT HIM LENGTH: Approx 5.5 Inches FOOD: Pellets from TDO / NLS / New Era Algae / Seaweed RANK: Domineering in my tank. Leader STATUS: Single & Available BEHAVIOUR: Carefree in peace time. Love to 'Hao Lian' in front of the tank. Aggressive during Meal Time. Sends out Grunting Noise when meal is served so that he can have the first bite. He don't tear or bite the sea weed. He simply gobbles the whole piece down !!! Recognise my wife & me whenever we reached home. Will even follow us left to right if we happen to pass by the tank. Refuse to sleep until I go to bed. Love to chase my Half Moon Angelfish. Love to chase my Harlequin Tusk Fish. No fear over my Blue Face Angelfish. At times, Grunt (non stop) at Blue Face Angelfish. Leaves the rest of my Dwarf Angels alone. ORIGIN: The Fish Channel TENANCY WITH CURRENT RESIDENCE: 1 year plus with option to renew MEDICAL CONDITION: Super Fit & Healthy. Always in active swimming mood. Hiding is NOT his habit. HLLE Issues due previous copper dosing INTENTION (DILEMNA STAGE): Looking for expert to adopt him because he is getting big & domineering for my tank. Seems like not enough space for him to hide. Also I cannot seem to rectify his HLLE problem (I am sad over this). I have been struggling to let him go for quite a while. I haven't decide to let him go or keep him ... ... ... I am also taking a smoke break too. I will still smoke at fish farm while I shop .. nothing wrong. But i will not blow smoke into others. I do it in a corner. My main focus is to find interesting species that I may have chance to bring home. Myth: Smoking to impress chicks ..... Passe. Smokers will understand what I say. Let's give & take .. a bit here . a bit there. Else, don't drive to Fish Farm as the Carbon Monoxide contains chemicals that reduce your mortality far much faster than the ciggy. Fish also don't like it .. I suppose. Else, don't bring kids to fish farm as they output noise pollution.. irritating and i suppose fishes don't like it too (Maybe). So ... just chill ya.
