Was walking past a furniture shop near MacPherson kopitiam (Jackson's Place) just now ... They are giving away a 4x2x2 tank (corner overflow) ... but without a cabinet. And you've gotta arrange pickup yourself. If you are interested, can go down and take a look.

Try Sealife @ Balestier. They once had a display tank with black sand. But don't know if its the one you are looking for.

I think they just meant use the spoon that is inside the box ...

I don't think anything will happen to your chromis. But I do think your caulerpa is dying. I'd experienced the same thing. It'll turn pale and soft eventually
